    list. In addition, this kit includes a date stamp. This helps you to date forms
    correctly. You check that the stamp is on the right date and the rest of your
    signing will be dated correctly.

    The numbering stamp can be used in two ways. Give each document that you
    notarize a unique number and stamp the same number in your journal. By
    doing this, you won't confuse two similar documents. This helps to prevent
    fraud. The second way of using this is when you attach a notary form to the
    customer's document. Stamp on both the document and the attachment.
    It will now be difficult to switch the attachments inadvertantly or fraudulently.

    Also included is a bigger locking case for carrying more tools and forms to your
    signings, organizing your tools better, and keeping them secure from unauthorized
    use. You can never have too much security.
