These are three stamps that will make your job easier.
You'll get these stamps.

  • Name and Title Stamp
  • Notary Disclosure Stamp
  • "See Attached Notarial Certificate" stamp

    Each stamp makes your job a little easier.
    The Name and Title stamp prints your name and the words Notary Public.
    For example, "John J. Jones, Notary Public". This stamp allows you to
    put your name on an acknowledgment form and the print is small enough
    to put into a narrow space. You will no longer have to squeeze your name
    by hand.

    The notary disclosure form is used when the disclosure is not preprinted
    on the form. This is especially useful when the document is from a different
    state. This stamp helps to make the form California compliant.

    The third stamp has the wording "See Attached Notarial Certificate" and is
    used when you have attached a separate notary form to the document. It
    draws attention to the fact that you have attached a separate form.
