that says "See Attached Notarial Certificate".

When do you use this stamp? This stamp is used when you are attaching a separate jurat
or acknowledgment notary form to the customer's document. You stamp on the document
with this stamp and you attach trhe separate form. Later, if the form is separated, the
customer can't come back and claim they have a loss because you didn't attach the form.

Therefore, this stamp removes the ambiguity regarding your attachment. It also gives
additional protection against fraudulent claims.
